The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has eliminated Wahab Riaz and Abdul Razzaq from the selection committee in response to the National cricket team’s poor performance in the T20 World Cup 2024. The team captain and head coach belong to the seven committee members still in place: Bilal Asif, Asad Shafiq, and Muhammad Yousaf.
Wahab Riaz and Abdul Razzaq ousted from PCB as they were lost the trust of the PCB and left out of recent decisions. They helped choose the T20 World Cup squad and encouraged underperformers.
