Ismail Industries To Launch Food Subsidiary In Abu Dhabi

The well-known Pakistani food manufacturer and exporter, Ismail Industries Limited, has revealed that they will launch a new subsidiary in Abu Dhabi. This week, they received this news after obtaining the required approvals for the newly formed company.

Businesses in Pakistan have been dealing with issues such as gas, water, and energy shortages. Additionally, businesses are affected by persistent problems with law and order, particularly in Karachi. A new tax-heavy finance store for the upcoming fiscal year has also drawn concern from major trade groups, as inflation is predicted to reach 13.5% in June. The new budget will go into effect on Monday.

The Board of Directors of Ismail Industries has made this selection to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The main goals of this new business will be the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of a range of food products, such as biscuits and confections. They will now attempt to obtain the required approvals to launch this new business.

Ismail Industries produces a wide range of food goods. Among its trademarks are Bisconni, which provides an extensive assortment of high-quality biscuits and cookies, and Candyland, a company founded in 1998 that produces a variety of sweets, chocolates, jellies, and bubble gum.

The business exceeds high standards for food safety because it has earned ISO 22000 certification. In addition to this, SANHA, a preeminent global authority on Halal product certification, has certified them.
