In Hassal Khel, Peshawar District, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation on May 30 and May 31, 2024, with the goal of chasing people who were believed to be terrorists.
The ringleaders Ayaz, also known as Muhammad, and Ahmedey, also known as Koochi, were both murdered after troops successfully confronted the terrorists during the operation. A total of two terrorists were injured. From the location, explosives, bullets, and weapons were retrieved.
Numerous attacks against law enforcement authorities and civilians were carried out by the terrorists who were murdered. Security staff are still searching the area to make sure there are no terrorists left, and the locals welcomed the operation.
